Registration
For online registration you can use the the registration form below.
You will get a confirmation five working days after your registration in case of an electronic reservation, seven working days in case of a conventional registration by paper mail. Please contact us at reg@humav-conference.com if this confirmation should not have reached you in due time.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made in writing and faxed to +49 3375 508660 or e-mailed to reg@humav-conference.com . Participants may cancel their reservations without costs until May 14, 2010; payments already received will be refunded.
In the case of cancelling until May 28, 2010 a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged and the full amount after this date.
Participant names can be changed for substitute participants from the same organisation without cost.
